'Sugar Daddy' Dating Site to Launch in Britain

The Telegraph reported on May 12th about the launch of the US popular dating site for wealthy men and younger women 'Sugardaddie.com'in the UK, under the name 'Seeking Arrangement'.

With already 1 million members in the United States, in the UK it still has to grow its membership database since there are just 80,000 British members.

According to the news, they are launching the site "despite criticism that it could be perceived as exploiting impoverished women and lonely men."

The British website of this company, which can be reached at www.seekingarrangment.com, is basicaly frequented by male business managers and executives with an average yearly income of £170,000. Women on the site tend to be 13 years younger than the men.

As with any other dating service online, continued Brandon Wade, "on a website such as SeekingArrangement.com, where hundreds of thousands of wealthy and beautiful people mingle, there will always be those who try to misuse the system or break the rules."

As of demographics, 40% of current 'sugar babies' are students seeking to pay their tuition fees. The majority of British members live in London.
